When it comes to our nervous system, it can be a delicate balance of trying to figure out which exercises to implement, and when, and how fast. Trauma can be defined as anything that we experience as too much or too fast (for our particular nervous system) and especially without a return to balance after (often co-regulation). When you work with me 1:1, you'll have individualized guidance and support as you find which somatic exercises and breathing practices work for *your* system.

Who is this primarily for?

This is for the woman that feels like she's just "not herself," that is disconnected from her body, that wants the opportunity to feel joy and freedom and God's presence when doing daily tasks, even in hard seasons. â€‹â€‹â€‹

 

Signs you may be disconnected from your body:

  • You forget to eat, whether it's because you're busy or do not feel hunger.

  • When you think of feeling pleasure in your body, you almost entirely associate this with sex.

  • The only movement you engage in is primarily for changing your body composition in some way.

  • You have physical symptoms like chronic fatigue, migraines, debilitating periods, panic attacks, persistent 

    digestive issues, etc.
  • You feel overwhelmed by new information, especially when you do not have an answer or "fix" for it.
  • You run into things often, or have bruises that you have no idea where they came from. 

  • Any form of dancing feels foreign and frustrating; you may believe that you "have no 

    rhythm".
  • You can't eat or fall sleep without the tv or phone. 

  • When you have free time, you immediately grab your phone or turn on the tv, etc. 

  • If you have trouble falling asleep, or trouble falling back asleep after you wake up. 

  • If I were to ask you to list out five sensations in your body right now, you would either struggle to come up with them, or list all uncomfortable or painful symptoms.

What are the options for working with me?

I am currently offering two types of 1:1 work. All sessions will be hosted through Zoom. You will need to have your video on for these calls. If you are local and would like to meet in person, we can discuss that in our discovery call!

Individual Somatic Sessions ($70 pay as you go)

Private 45 minute somatic session where we will work together to establish safety in your body through movement, breath-work, prayer, and visualization

Patiently Free ($300 or 2 payments of $155)

4 week coaching 

Weekly private 45 minute sessions, customized to meet your needs
